Their platform, built for creators and publishers, is revolutionizing the way affiliate marketing revenue is attributed and earned, making it easier than ever for content creators and publishers to turn their content into digital storefronts while cutting out the possibility of redirection links hijacking their sales.

Shopthru 2D Product Explainer
In preparation for their public launch, the Shopthru team understood the power of a product explainer video that would simplify the complex value of their platform while amplifying their brand, bringing to life the impact that Shopthru is going to make on the affiliate marketing and e-commerce landscape.
The Brief
To create an engaging, product-forward video that ties Shopthru's value proposition together. As Shopthru launches, they wanted a video that would sit on their website and speak directly to the different stakeholders in the in the value chain, Content Creators, Publishers and Retailers. The aim was to build trust in this new platform and simplify the value that it provides to each stakeholders, bringing it to life through compelling motion graphics.
Our Solution
In collaboration with the Shopthru team, we first established a narrative through our Contextual Messaging Framework. This framework establishes the Hero of the story, tracing their journey from a place of challenge, dissatisfaction or inconvenience to a place of fulfilment, joy and opportunity. Most importantly, it establishes how your tech becomes the Hero's sidekick, supporting them on their journey towards their desired state.
In this video, we established our primary audience, and their challenges, early. We identified Content Creators/Publishers and how they are not receiving their full earning in the current Affiliate Marketing system, even though it is booming. From there, we brought them on a journey through how they would use the Shopthru platform to get them to their desired state, increased earnings and smoother workflows. We also included the Retailers to ensure they understood the benefits to their business.
As with every project, we ensured that we had a strong understanding of Shopthru's visual identity before creating the video. As they are about to launch publicly, Shopthru have developed a bold visual identity and we wanted to make sure we did it justice with our video.
We utilized the brand colours throughout every element of the video and paired it with a dynamic movement that keeps the viewer engaged as they progress through the video.
